Formula 99 Replacement Bottles

For XC racing (2-3 hour races) I recommend 2 of the race supplements pills an hour before the race. Use the spray on each arm (rub it in) then rub the gel on top of it on the line during national anthem. 

For motocross (10-20 minute races) I recommend one race supplement 45 minutes before each moto. Then us the spray on the starting line and rub it in. 

The lotion works for muscle cramps, can use after the race as a recovery or on any part of the body that craps up. I personally use it on my biceps but other riders use it on legs, shoulders ect.
